Spotty or unreliable store internet is not an issue as the J-Box comes with a data roll-over card installed internally, ensuring you always get the data you need.

Daily Close Automation
The J-Box can capture sales data from all register brands, including day close. The back-office computer is not as important anymore, as the J-Box captures the paperwork you need and can automatically import it into your accounting system, eliminating the need for store personnel to send those documents to the home office.
Fuel Inventory Management
The J-Box connects directly to the automated tank gauge (ATG) to provide visibility into all of your tanks. Our fuel management data and reports include:

-
ATG Meter Readings
-
Inventory Drop Reports
-
Water Height Monitors/Alerts

Street Price Tracking
The J-Box capture and conversion process allows you to view the last time a new street price was processed.
This report can be used to verify that a consigned store is changing the street price in a timely manner.
An e-mail notification can be generated noting the timing differences between when the change directive was sent and the first transaction after the price was actually changed.
Using data already being captured by the J-Box, a report can be generated calculating the amount of money lost/gained based on the time delay (amount of price change X gallons sold during the approximate time frame).
Environmental Reports, Alarms, and Historical Data
All ATG polled reports are maintained and easily accessed in your dashboard (Ex: BIR Adjusted Delivery, CSLD Results, Sensor Alarm History, Leak Detection Reports).

***Because the J-Box has an internal data roll-over card, the lack of internet will not stop you or the carrier from obtaining the data needed. This feature reduces the number of phone calls to the stores for stick readings – vastly minimizing the potential for runouts, over fills, and diversions.
Tobacco Rebates
The J-Box will automate the creation of internal reporting and send applicable data to tobacco rebate companies – maximizing the accuracy and value of the rebates that you should receive, at no extra cost.
***If you are paying a monthly fee for rebate processing providers, they could be benefiting from selling your data. Praxis Technologies will NEVER sell your data without your approval. Should you opt to do so, revenue will be shared with you.

The J-Box not only allows you to remove a monthly cost, but also add revenue – all working towards making the use of the J-Box a budget neutral decision.
Loss Prevention Metrics
"Void" and "No Sale" transactions rung together are usually a clear indicator of the cashier pocketing the cash. This information can be set to display on your dashboard and/or auto sent as a report in an email if preferred.

Cooler and Store Temperature Monitoring
Let’s face it, equipment fails. You don’t have to lose money on spoiled products or customer dissatisfaction resulting from cooler failure. Sensors report at set intervals so you can enjoy the cost savings resulting from knowing quickly and accurately if a cooler system is failing.
Monitor in store temperatures to maintain a comfortable environment for your customers and staff.

Free up deli personnel hours with automated temperature monitoring vs manual hourly logging. Compliance with local health board standards is automated.

One Touch Scanning
The J-Box one touch scanning option allows you to scan the various operating data that does not go directly through the POS system. With one push of a button, this data is transmitted through the J-Box to the preferred file path at the home office. This process saves both your store and office personnel time and frustration.
